The two large electronic stores compete for customers in Best Buy versus Circuit City faceoff. Both stores also have a dot com site for online purchases. However stores are still big business. For electronic stores they both must be in the top 10. There are many stores in particular in CA, Canada, Chicago, New York, San Diego, Austin, and CO. I have been doing some research on customer service and I have found a lot of people out there that are not happy with Best Buy. Like others, I have also experienced horrible customer service at Best Buy. I own my own business and have been trying to find ways to better my customer service. I bought a customer service book from a company called Mindshare. I have found some very useful tools during my reading.
